SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to ship goods out on the same day as we receive payment confirmation, but do allow a 1-2 day process time during the busier seasons. Once the order has been dispatched to delivery, your order will be passed on to our network of freight companies. Estimated delivery times would depend on the address in the country and local disruptions.
· Estimated delivery North Island: 1-3 days
· Estimated delivery South Island: 5-8 days
Please note these times are only guidelines, not guarantees. However, if you do experience any problems, then please contact us on 0800 243 834 and we will follow this up for you. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival unless instructed otherwise.

ELITE FITNESS STORE OR OWENS DEPOT COLLECTIONS

Pickups are available from all Elite Fitness stores and from Owens Depots around the country, please note that if you place an order for pick-up from any store out of Auckland there will be a freight charge added. Collection/ open hours vary from Owens depot and store to store, please click here to check Store Opening Hours.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted. Orders are required to be collected within 3 days or the stock may be restocked, if you collect beyond the 3 day period there may be a waiting period as the warehouse staff will retrieve the order. If you have any questions on the status of your collection order please call us on 0800 243 834.
Owens transport deliver our Depot Collection freight option. Customers will be informed when their product has arrived and can be collected from the depot. Products must be collected with 3 working days or restocking fees may apply.
Carefully inspect your goods thoroughly before signing for the delivery. If your package is damaged, please note this on the consignment note. When signing for an item you are accepting that the item has been received in good condition, and the freight company will not honour any claim in the event of damage. Elite Fitness will then not be able to claim for damage on your behalf.

FREIGHT OPTIONS

In-Home/Room of Choice delivery
For this service, we use Mainfreight2home’s specialised delivery.
Customers engaging our In-home/room of choice option will be contacted by Mainfreight2home to arrange a day and time for delivery and also for more specific delivery instructions*
This service is unique in the fact that your boxed product will be delivered by a two man delivery team in purpose-built vehicles and the team will place your product in a room of your choice within your home with an allowance of 15 minutes that can be spent on site. Please note this doesn't include installation of the product
*Delivery instructions: There may be restrictions on where larger heavier items can be placed by the 2 man delivery team which will be discussed before delivery. The customer may be required to pay extra charges to cover delivery circumstances outside of the normal scope of the M2home service.

As the receiver when signing for an item you are accepting that the item has been received in good condition. The freight company will not honour any claim in the event of damage. Elite Fitness will not be able to claim for damage on your behalf or liable for any consequential loss.
