For all warranty registrations, we require every customer to fill in an online registration form. This ensures that we can quickly and effectively lodge the information against your account and in our system.

Upon submission of the form you will receive an automatic reply detailing your registration has been completed.

All fields below must be filled in before submitting this request successfully. If a field is outlined in red, is left blank, or has incorrect information, it will fail to submit. Successful completion of the request will be displayed as a screen prompt and an email will be sent to you confirming what you submitted. Please double check your email address before submitting as all replies go to this address.

3. I have fully read the maintenance information for my product and accept that any warranty is offered conditionally on myself ensuring user maintenance is undertaken and carried out as recommended by Elite Fitness Equipment Limited’s website information and user and maintenance instructions.
4. I have read and understood the warrant terms and conditions for my product.
